Jinking
If a player wins the first three tricks, he can end the hand as the winner or he can say that he wants to continue the hand to try and win all five. If he is successful he has successfully “jinked it”. If the player is successful in jinking it, all players pay him an additional ante. If he is not successful in getting all five, he forfeits the pot and it stays there to be added to the next hand.
