1. Normanton Park: Attractive City Fringe Location

After selling 600 units on its first day on the market, Normanton Park has remained a top seller for most of 2021. 2,22 strata terrace houses are part of the development’s 1,840 residential units. Residents can buy and dine in the comfort of their own homes thanks to eight business units comprising seven shops and a restaurant.

Because of its closeness to the Ayer Rajah Expressway, Normanton Park is a popular choice for wealthy residents who want to travel by automobile. The Kent Ridge MRT station, around a 20-minute walk away, is the closest central transportation hub.

2. Parc Central Residences: Affordable EC in the East

In the east of Singapore, Park Central Residences has become a popular choice for individuals who want to enjoy the city’s lifestyle and recreational offerings. The Executive Condominium (EC) launched with 414 units sold.

A short walk from the MRT station in Tampines West, the development is also near Bedok Reservoir, United World College’s East Campus and Temasek Polytechnic.

The 700-unit development, which is expected to be popular with families looking for a more spacious layout at a reasonable price, has been well received.

3. Tampines Tampines: Affordable Entry-level Condo

The Tampines 99-year leasehold Treasures has proven popular among budget-conscious buyers searching for a cheap entry-level condo, with 272 units sold at the opening thanks to its low costs.

One of the Treasures at Tampines’ distinctive features is the presence of a climbing wall and a co-working space in addition to standard condominium amenities.

4. Parc Greenwich: Designed with Wellness Amenities

An EC called Parc Greenwich would be built in Yio Chu Kang, around 13 minutes’ walk from Fernvale LRT. Three-fifths of the total number of units were sold during the opening weekend, or 322 out of 496. It’s a favorite of those on a tight budget.

The condo is complete with a three-story Wellness Club that contains a multipurpose hall, function area, and dance studio built into the design. You can add new appliances to the units’ intelligent home system already installed.
