Residential Plots Payment Plan

There are three types of residential plots available in 7 Wonders City. These include 5 marla, 7 marla, and 10 marla plots available to the customers.

The total price of 5 marla plots is 1,650,000 while the down payment for it is 165,000. The confirmation fee for this plot size is 82,500. While the customers have the choice to pay installments in the monthly or biannual mode. The value of each monthly installment is 11,550, while that of each biannual installment is 86,625.

The price of a 7 marla plot is 2,310,000, while the down payment for it is 231,000. The customer would have to pay the confirmation fee of 115,500. The value of each monthly installment is 16,170, while each biannual installment is 121,275. The possession fee is 346,500.

If the customer wants to purchase 10 marla plots in 7 Wonders City, it is available for 3,300,000. The down payment for it is 330,000, while the confirmation fee is 165,000. The value of each monthly installment is 23,100, while that of a half-yearly is 173,250.

The total number of monthly installments for all three types of plots is 40, while that of biannual is 8. So, the customers can choose them at their convenience. The customers should know that an additional fee of 10% will be charged for corner plots, 5% for road-facing plots, 5% for park-facing plots, etc.  

Commercial Plots Payment Plan

There are two types of commercial plots available in 7 Wonders City. These are 4 marla and 8 marla plots which the customers can choose according to their choice. The payment plan for the commercial plots is given as follows. 

The price of 4 marla commercial plots is 5,500,000 while the booking amount is 550,000. The customers would have to pay 275,000 as of the confirmation fee, while the possession fee is 555,000. The value of each monthly installment is 50,000, while that of a half-yearly installment is 215,000. 

If the customer wants to purchase 8 marla plots, then the total price of it is 11,000,000. The booking fee is 1,100,000 while the confirmation fee is 550,000. They would have to pay 1,110,000 as the possession fee. The value of each monthly installment is 100,000, while that of a biannual installment is 430,000. 

There are 48 monthly installments, while the total biannual installments are 8. The additional fee terms remain the same as residential plots.
